Scott Dippolito's primary responsibilities include coordinating the implementation/maintenance of network systems, telecommunication systems, and software and Internet applications for the firm's clients and staff. He also is charged with overseeing the data management/processing for all divisions. Additionally, he is overseeing the development and implementation of MuniFinancial's Geographic Information Systems (GIS) services.
He coordinated the design and implementation of MuniFinancial's new Storage Area Network (SAN) solution in Temecula - which allows the firm to significantly increase its network storage capacity and more effectively perform disk-to-disk and disk-to-tape backup procedures. He is also participating with a team of individuals from Willdan, Arroyo Geotechnical and American Homeland Solutions on a re-design of the company's disaster recovery programs.
The five-year company veteran was instrumental in the design and subsequent implementation of MuniFinancial's proprietary database management tool MuniMagic (MuniFinancial's Municipal Administration & Governmental Information Coordinator). He also served as a Senior Project Manager in the firm's District Administration Services Division and has more than 20 years of experience in management, business planning, budgeting, financial analysis and customer service.
Mr. Dippolito was previously employed by Citigroup, in the states of New York and California, where he held management responsibilities in its Travelers Property-Casualty Division.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from State University of New York at Potsdam and has completed certificate work in Client/Server Technology at San Diego State University.
