 Mr. Risco has been with MuniFinancial for over seven years, and is responsible for all aspects of administration of over 1,400 Assessment, Landscaping and Lighting and Community Facilities Districts, as well as standby charge, water availability, sewer and refuse programs. He provides technical expertise to clients and analysts and is proficient in techniques used for assessment district formations, district administration, analysis for bond refunding purposes, apportionment of assessment liens, and delinquency management.
Prior to joining MuniFinancial he worked in commercial real estate at Spieker Properties, Inc., a Real Estate Investment Trust Company where his experience included, preparing and monitoring budgets and performing cash flow and financial analysis.
Mr. Risco holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (finance emphasis) from California State University, Fullerton.
