 Paul Whitelaw has been with MuniFinancial for nine years, and is responsible for assisting the firm's three divisions in planning for growth and developing new business. Previously he managed the firm's District Administration Services Group. A member of the MuniFinancial Board of Directors, he has been a speaker on Assessment Administration at various statewide organizations, and is an active participant in various professional municipal associations.
Mr. Whitelaw holds a Bachelor's degree from Point Loma Nazarene College in San Diego, and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
