MuniFinancial is contracted with the City of Pasadena, TX to provide arbitrage rebate reports for General Obligation Bonds subject to Section 148 of the IRS Regulations. Our tasks include document review, bond yield verification, cash flow analysis, yield reduction payment analysis, and application of all exceptions to rebate. We provide written reports summarizing assumptions, exceptions, and the liability accrued through the calculation date. We also prepare the necessary IRS filing forms. Audit assistance is provided as needed. In addition, we make available on-line a listing of rebate calculations performed for the City along with an electronic (pdf) file of the most recent report. |
