Several years ago, the City hired MuniFinancial to assist staff in complying with the arbitrage rebate regulations imposed by the IRS. Following successful delivery of these services for years, in January 2006, the City expanded its contract with MuniFinancial to include district administration of the City's many assessment and community facilities districts, Landscaping and Lighting Districts (encompassing over 60,000 parcels) as well as preparing and disseminating the annual continuing disclosure reports for bondholders. |
