MuniFinancial has partnered with the City of Tracy for over ten years - providing a full complement of vital support services to the City during this period. Beginning in 1992, the City hired MuniFinancial to assist staff in complying with the arbitrage rebate regulations imposed by the IRS. Following successful delivery of these services, the City expanded its contract with MuniFinancial to include district administration of the City's many assessment and community facilities districts, as well as the on-going administration of the City's Landscaping and Lighting District. Following the implementation of the new continuing disclosure reporting requirements in 1995, the City contracted with MuniFinancial to prepare reports on its outstanding debt. Most recently, we assisted the City with re-engineering the landscaping and lighting district to comply with Propostion 218, as well as re-balloting property owners for an increased assessment, as needed.
