MuniFinancial has been providing Continuing Disclosure services to Alameda County since 2001. When the County hired MuniFinancial , it sought a dual purpose report to serve as a marketing document, as well as meet the requirements of the investment community. MuniFinancial worked with the County to create a continuing disclosure report that went a step beyond the ordinary. The County's current continuing disclosure report is composed of the standard information required by the disclosure agreements, along with an additional section that highlights County activities and news. The completed full color report is also saved electronically, and filed along with the County's financial statements and budget.
We have also assisted Alameda County by acting as the Dissemination Agent for its bond issues. As part of these services, we post continuing disclosure reports on the firm's website and correspond directly with a over seventy investors that follow the County's bond issues. |
