Placer County has enlisted MuniFinancial's services to provide annual administration services for the County's Community Facilities District and Assessment Districts. The work involved in this project includes responding to property owner inquiries, calculating the annual special taxes/assessments, and accurately billing those taxes/assessments through the County Secured Property Tax Roll. We also gather and ensure accurate data, while researching parcel changes; monitoring delinquencies; preparing and providing the annual levy report; calculating prepayment quotes and performing bond call spreads.
