 Annual Levy
MuniFinancial offers the following annual renewal services for maintenance districts:
- Engineer's report preparation; including budget preparation, map and database updates and rate determination;
- Thorough database audit to verify the parcels in the district and the factors associated with each parcel;
- Review of benefit discussion in the Method of Assessment;
- Coordination with Agency personnel and special counsel;
- Board presentation of the Engineer's Report; and
- Assessment roll submittal to the county auditor/controller and hand-bill assessments to those nonassessable through the county property tax bills.
