 MuniFinancial provides full-service administration for community facilities districts. The district can recover all costs associated with CFD annual administration, either through the special tax levy or payment by requester for special services. Services include:
- Budget preparation - with an emphasis on comprehensive cost recovery;
- Calculating the special taxes then submitting the levy to be billed to property owners;
- Invoicing special tax installments that cannot be collected on the county tax roll;
- Preparing an annual special tax report and the "Notice of Special Tax";
- Monitoring delinquencies, notifying delinquent properties; and, if necessary, managing the foreclosure process;
- Answering property owner and interested party phone calls.
