MuniFinancial offers administration for several different types of maintenance assessment districts, including 1972 Act Landscaping and Lighting maintenance and 1982 Act Street and Storm Drain maintenance. Assessment methods are carefully reviewed each year to comply with Proposition 218. In cases where assessment increases are considered, MuniFinancial works closely with Agency staff to conduct public workshops and prepare communications including notices and ballots.
