 Gladys Medina
Ms. Medina is project manager for the Southern California Coastal Region of the District Administration Services Group at MuniFinancial . In her seven years with the company, Ms. Medina has gained extensive experience in creating and maintaining special district databases, calculating and preparing annual assessments, taxes and standby charges as well as preparing bond calls, bond tender calculations and annual Engineer's Reports. In addition to her work in California, she also oversees assessment district administration services for clients in the state of Arizona. Gladys and her team of five analysts provide district administration services for 393 districts involving over 4.2 million parcels.
Ms. Medina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (with accounting emphasis) from San Diego State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
