 Bill Moses
Mr. Moses is project manager for the Northern California region (Bay Area and Sacramento) of the District Administration Services Group at MuniFinancial. As a five-year veteran of the company, Mr. Moses has expertise in creating and maintaining special district databases, calculating and preparing annual assessments, determining special tax prepayments and performing district analysis for refunding purposes. He is responsible for overseeing five analysts in administering Mello-Roos Community Facilities Districts, 1972 Act Landscape and Lighting Districts and 1915 Act Local Improvement Districts in Northern California. He and his team provide annual levy, bond fund administration, payoff computations, delinquency management, and apportionment services for over 375 districts involving more than half a million parcels.
Mr. Moses holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Riverside and an MBA from the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management , University of California, Riverside.
