 Josephine Perez
Ms. Perez is a project manager in the District Administration Services group focused on serving public agencies within the Inland Empire Region of Southern California.
Since joining MuniFinancial more than four years ago, Ms. Perez has specialized in the set up and annual special tax administration for over 100 Community Facilities Districts. Her experience involves creating and maintaining special district databases, writing complex algorithms for computing annual Special Taxes, calculating Special Tax prepayments, conducting district analysis for refunding purposes, preparing land based continuing disclosure reports, performing bond calls and conducting flow of funds analysis.
Her responsibility as Project Manager involves the oversight of a team of analysts in the administration of Community Facilities Districts, Landscaping and Lighting Districts, 1915 Act Local Improvement Districts and other Special Districts. This team provides annual levy, bond fund administration, payoff computations, delinquency management, municipal disclosure and apportionment services for over 200 districts involving just over 350,000 parcels in the Inland Empire.
Ms. Perez holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
