Stacee Reynolds
Ms. Reynolds is a project manager in the District Administration Services group focused on serving public agencies within the Central Valley Region of California.
Since joining MuniFinancial over four years ago she has developed expertise in the administration of 1915 Act Local Improvement Districts, 1972 Act Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance Districts and Community Facilities Districts where her experience includes the preparation of Annual Engineer's Reports for maintenance districts, Proposition 218 noticing and balloting procedures, auditing of special district parcel databases through the use of Geographical Information Systems (GIS), financial modeling, preparation of annual assessments/special taxes, calculation of special tax prepayments, district analysis for refunding purposes and funds analysis.
As a Project Manager, she is responsible for overseeing the delinquency management, property owner services and parcel apportionment departments at MuniFinancial, as well as managing a team of analysts in the administration of Community Facilities Districts, Landscaping and Lighting Districts, and 1915 Act Local Improvement Districts. This team provides annual levy, bond fund administration, payoff computations, delinquency management, municipal disclosure, property owner support and apportionment services for over 430 districts involving just over 685,000 parcels in the Central Valley.
Ms. Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (finance emphasis) from La Salle University and a Masters in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
