 Chris Fisher
Mr. Fisher is a Principal Consultant in the Financial Consulting Services Group at MuniFinancial. He is proficient in techniques used for the formation of Community Facilities Districts, 1915 Act Assessment Districts, 1972 Act Landscaping and Lighting Districts, and other special districts. In addition, he is experienced in the ongoing administration of these and other types of districts, including the apportionment of assessment liens, delinquency management, and the administration of Marks-Roos Bond Pools. Mr. Fisher most recently served as a Senior Project Manager in MuniFinancial's District Administration Services Group, where he oversaw a team that provided these and other services for 70 clients, including 274 districts involving just over 365,000 parcels.
Mr. Fisher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and has completed university extension courses in Assessment District and Mello-Roos financing. Prior to joining MuniFinancial, he worked as a budget and financial analyst for an airline and an electronics corporation.
