 Katie Wilson
Ms. Wilson is a principal consultant in our Temecula office. Ms. Wilson is responsible for overseeing the rates and fee practice within our financial consulting services division. Ms. Wilson’s extensive experience in planning, community development, redevelopment, and general city management significantly enhances our capabilities.
Prior to joining MuniFinancial, Ms. Wilson was the City Manager of the City of Bradbury, California. In addition, she served as the Deputy Director of Planning and Community Development for the City of Beverly Hills, as well as Environmental Services/Special Project Manager for the City Manager’s Office of the City of Cerritos. She also held Assistant to the City Manager positions in the cities of Tustin, Bellflower, Rosemead, and Rancho Palos Verdes. Most recently she conducted analyses of public agency operations, including budgeting, planning, building, engineering, community development, and related functions through her work for Zucker Systems in San Diego. She also provided professional entitlement consulting services for complicated residential and commercial development projects in southern California and Idaho.
