 In May 2005, the Saddleback Valley Unified School District engaged MuniFinancial to assist the District by completing on-going administration for their Community Facilities Districts, including the tracking and reporting of monthly bond funds, levying the special taxes, compiling the continuing disclosure reports to bondholders, and calculating arbitrage liability on the bonds. Our firm has also been engaged to perform arbitrage rebate calculations and prepare continuing disclosure reports for the District's outstanding debt.
