 MuniFinancial was asked to review the disclosure practices of the Delta Diablo Sanitation District, CA and to provide continuing disclosure reporting and dissemination services. Our tasks included reviewing the provisions of existing Disclosure Agreement documents, financial reports, and prior dissemination practices. Working with District staff, MuniFinancial established comprehensive reporting procedures that incorporate all information required by the bondholders and established the use of the Central Post Office to follow industry standards for dissemination.
