Our project team assisted the Harbor Water System with preparing and reviewing the potential impact and cost analysis of the separation of a major portion of a water system (Channel Islands Harbor) from the Channel Islands Beach Community Services District. This study involved determining water system replacement components to maintain the water system's existing operation as well as financial analysis of the cost of separation. The cost analysis included determining the existing cost of the system less depreciation as well as added costs of new construction to maintain existing operations. |
