Lee Evett is responsible for economic consulting studies, arbitrage rebate calculations, municipal disclosure and assessment administration services for agencies throughout the Southeastern United States.

Mr. Evett came to MuniFinancial with more than 34 years of public experience as a City Manager and with extensive experience managing cities in five states, including twelve years in Cape Coral, Florida and Jupiter, Florida. Mr. Evett is well versed in every facet of municipal operations including annexations, major capital improvement, utility acquisition and operations, capital and operational budgeting as well as growth management planning. He is a new member of the MuniFinancial staff, joining the firm in 2006.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University and Masters of Public Administration from Indiana University.
