Randal Webb is responsible for providing arbitrage rebate services to clients in the southeastern and Midwestern United States. Mr. Webb comes to MuniFinancial with more than ten years of financial analysis experience gained while working for Ernst & Young LLP and RSM McGladrey, Inc. Mr. Webb is well versed in every facet of arbitrage rebate calculations and reporting as his experience includes working on over 500 debt issues for more than 100 issuers of tax-exempt financings. His experience has also included complex transactions such as variable rate bonds, multi-family housing bonds, commingled funds, transferred proceeds, derivative investments, current and advance refundings and yield restriction analysis.
