Brad Mills is a senior project analyst in MuniFinancial 's Seattle office and concentrates on Local Improvement District administration in both Washington and California.

He has over 20 years of experience in the municipal finance field and has provided consulting services to clients throughout the nation. He spent over 5 years with the bond counsel firm of Sturgis, Ness, Brunsell and Sperry, where he concentrated on bonded assessment district administration.

Prior to that position, Mr. Mills worked for the law firm of Wilson, Morton, Assaf & McElligott, where he performed all assessment district administration procedures and aided in assessment district formation.

Mr. Mills holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puget Sound.
