Annual Levy and Bond Management Services
MuniFinancial finance professionals provide comprehensive services to complete the annual assessments and delinquency management of a variety of Improvement Districts. MuniFinancial staff is experienced in administering fixed rate, variable rate, escrowed, and multi-phased bonds.
- Prepare and mail billing statements, using the Agency's existing invoice format, for existing District accounts to property owners each year until the assessments are paid in full or foreclosure action is implemented.
- Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on the payment status of the invoices
- Monitor delinquencies, notifying delinquent properties and, if necessary, assisting with the foreclosure process
- Answer property owner and interested party phone calls; and
- Calculate prepayment quotes.
